STUDENT – CO-OP INTERNSHIP We are a Sales Recruitment agency providing 4 – 12 month student co-op internships positions. In this role, you will work directly with Sr. Recruiters and assist and learn all facets of the recruiting process.
This is a student co-op opportunity/internship with a $500 per month per diem full-time (40 hrs per week) and $250 for part-time (20 hours per week) and performance bonuses where you will receive supportive mentoring with hands-on, real-world experience and feedback. OUR PROGRAM GOALS Real-world experience: To provide our co-op interns with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in a professional work environment. To help them gain practical experience that helps bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Skill development: Working with our Sr Recruiters in a professional setting to help our co-op students develop and enhance a wide range of skills, including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and adaptability Industry insight: To allow our co-op students to gain firsthand knowledge of their chosen industry. They can learn about industry trends, best practices, and the day-to-day operations of the field they are pursuing.
Experience Building: Providing our co-op student interns the opportunity to improve their chances of finding future employment by showing they have acquired some practical, real-world experience. Mentoring: Help our co-op students clarify their career goals. Where they can better understand their strengths, interests, and preferences, which can guide their future career decisions.
