Shirley Parsons is hiring a Business Development Intern to work for our Canadian operation assisting with candidate sourcing and business development. The Internship will be part-time and work in a hybrid environment from our Downtown Toronto Office.

• Develop and refine a high-quality, wide-ranging contact database of candidates;
• Learn how to generate business leads for the sales & recruitment team to follow up;
• Manage competing priorities; achieve personal KPI targets, while delivering to company quality standards;
• Research, discuss and understand your specialist sectors;
• Learn to identify and assess what is important in making good candidate/client matches
