• Note: Ideally, this internship is part of a school program. This is a full-time position for a minimum duration of 3 months and an honorarium / stipend is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the team in all activities and projects related to our clients such as:
Press monitoring and clippings
Participating in various events and product launches
Assisting with mailers and media outreach
Coordinating fact checks and sample requests
Product inventory management
Updating client reports and media lists
Reception, general administrative tasks
Social media management
Requirements:
Graduated from or enrolled in a Communications or Public Relations program
Previous internship experience an asset
Strong communication skills, bilingual is an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and priority management capabilities
Dynamic and energetic
Resourceful and positive, team player
Detail-orientedInterest in the beauty and fashion industry
Proficient in a Mac environment
Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint and data entering
Social media savvy
