• Hone your research skills, and explore newspapers, TV, magazines, and online sites to unearth new writers, shows, and articles.
• Be a key player in organizing client and media events, making sure every detail is perfect.
Requirements: We’re not just looking for any intern – we want someone special, someone with a spark of creativity and a passion for PR. Here’s what we expect from you.
• A wordsmith with excellent writing and editing skills; experience in press release writing is a big plus.
• A self-starter who’s bursting with ideas and has excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and any experience with Photoshop or InDesign is a fantastic bonus.
• Social media savvy – from TikTok to Instagram, Facebook to YouTube, you know how to make an impact.
• Attention to detail and punctuality are your middle names.
• Familiarity with Google Drive is a bonus.
• You must be available to travel to our Toronto office 1-2 times per week and work hybrid.
• You must have your own laptop.
• IMPORTANT: You must be enrolled in a post-secondary Public Relations program that requires internship hours.
