We are looking for a Service Project Specialist Intern to join us for a 4 month internship at our Toronto office!

The successful candidate will assist the Services Portfolio team in managing the team’s systems and developing novel methods to better deliver readable datasets. The intern will work day to day with the team to understand the workflow and business needs, and then develop robust scripts that facilitate better delivery towards the projects.

Key Accountabilities:
• Help the project management for Service contracts
• Assist the response to Customer Request Resolution (technical queries, expediting, etc.)
• Develops and adheres to project budget and schedules
• Assist the preparation of reports for management review and liaises at all levels within the company
• Prepares digital tools that will facilitate the project needs and improvement the efficiency of project management
• Ensures that the current configuration is correctly managed
• Ensures that the original model is still valid
• Ensures the versioning is controlled
• Assists the bid Management for Services contracts to meet defined Order Intake targets
• Assists the Responds to RFQs/RFPs and/or any other Customer’s Requests
• Assists the evaluates customer specifications, assesses Ground Transportation Systems solution compliance
• Assists the delivery of proposals within targeted performance (Customer satisfaction, On-time delivery, Bid Cost vs. Budget, etc.)
• Assist the Customer Account Management (including regular communications and visits)
• Interfaces with the Customer or on-site Ground Transportation Systems unit Team about the technical & operational subjects relating to the capture and processing of his/her requests, to the delivery of the service and to the delivery of associated documents
• Analyzes customer feedback, performance indicators, operating reports
• Produces and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Compares KPI with targets set internally and externally
• Assists the monitoring of impact of obsolescence / Software & Hardware change requests and, lead resolution actions while communicating with customer effectively

Key Requirements:
• The successful candidate should be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Strong in Visual Basic and Python for scripting
• Fluent in English both in written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Able to work full time hours (40 hours) with the start date and the agreed work term
